International conference on women’s leadership and national development is held in Kigali, Rwanda

Nigerian women leaders are expected to travel to Rwanda for the 2021 Women’s Leadership and National Development conference.

The Federal Ministry of Women’s Affairs of Nigeria, as part of its collaborative efforts to expand the leadership space of Nigerian women, is partnering with the Prime Unique Women Initiative.[PUWI] adopt new strategies for female leadership and national development.

The program scheduled for October 18-21 in Kigali, Rwanda is designed to create a holistic roadmap to provide a guide for the joint planning, implementation and monitoring of programs and projects aimed at solving the problems. emerging national development skills, to build on the emerging skills of women, leadership and governance.

Participants will explore and leverage contemporary leadership issues and women’s roles, galvanizing the existing successes of Rwandan women in governance.

Rwanda has been praised internationally for its efforts in promoting women’s leadership.

This program is designed to build on Rwanda’s success story and create holistic inclusion for women from both countries to positively compare scores for national development.

This strategic program of leading women leaders and professionals will be based on advocacy aimed at increasing the participation of women in national development.

During the program, various methodologies and strategic master class capacity building sessions on Spreading Dynamics are expected to increase the visibility of women in governance.

A highlight of the event will be an official opening ceremony, a keynote address by the Minister of Women’s Affairs, HE Pauline Tallen OFR, KSG. The event will include discussion sessions, lectures, certifications, public meetings with women from Nigeria and Rwanda, B2B sessions, visits to places of interest, etc.

Interesting tracks on emotional intelligence, women’s empowerment, dealing with a global crisis, identifying leadership potentials, among other topics, will be offered by highly experienced professionals in the fields of leadership, peace building and governance.
