The Los Angeles Unified School District Student Empowerment Unit sets the stage for middle and high school students with the 2021 Young Women’s Leadership Conference on Saturday, November 13, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

“The diverse conference team consists of fifty amazing intergenerational panelists from across the country and around the world and fifty women serving as moderators and facilitators to welcome students,” Manuel said.

Conversation Workshops provide a space for panelists to share personal stories, explain the inner workings of successful personal and professional development, and inspire students to embrace the Your Time is Now theme and imagine the possibilities of living their best. life, ”she added. .
