McGuckin Group expands women’s leadership development program, Women On Their Way, through acquisition of key associates

The combination of the two entities expands the scope of the transformative leadership development of both companies. programs to women around the world. As part of the acquisition, the Key Associates Women’s Leadership Forum team and Key Associates staff joined the McGuckin Group as part of the Women On Their Way organization. Mary Key will continue as a key advisor to Women On Their Way, working closely with McGuckin Group founder Audrey McGuckin. The two will work to transition the two communities into one streamlined organization. Effective immediately, the Key Women Leadership Forum events and working groups will continue as is, with all future forum events moving to WOTW programming. Edison Avenue’s Edward Valaitis brokered the deal as the seller’s agent, while Huntington Bank SBA assisted The McGuckin Group in the acquisition. The two companies will meet for the first time publicly at Key Associates’ annual Key Women’s Leadership Forum summit in Tampa on August 25. The event brings together female executives for their personal and professional growth. Audrey McGuckin and the Women On Their Way team will be attending this year’s summit where they will meet with Key Associates members.
