Police Commissioner releases Dhakad short film on women’s safety

Indore (Madhya Pradesh): The police commissioner unveiled the short film “Dhakad” at the defense conference on Thursday. Indore Police had organized a conference of members of the City Defense Committee of Zone 4 at the Pritamdas SabhaGrah, under Juni Indore Police Station, under the leadership of Commissioner of Police, Harinarayanachari Mishra. The event was opened with martial arts performances attended by trained girls. They will train more other female students in educational institutes on self-defense techniques.

Deputy Commissioner of Police Zone 4, RK Singh Dravara, chaired the program and briefed on the need for cooperation with Indore Police in community policing. He also spoke about the cooperation of the City Defense Committee in women’s safety and crime against women and also honored the workers of the committee who serve to maintain law and order in the city.

Police Commissioner Mishra released the short film, “Dhakad”, which was made to raise public awareness about women’s safety and crime prevention at the event.

Deputy Commissioner of Police Juni Indore, Deputy Commissioner of Annapurna Police and other police officers, District Officer of Indore City Defense Committee Ramesh Sharma, Co-ordinator of Police Station of Juni Indore and other members of the city defense committee were present.
